OUR CLASSES


Zumba

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto Pere during the 1990s.  Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip hop, soca, samba, salsa, mereunge and mambo combines with variety aerobic movements such as lunges and squats.

In LACA, We have Zumba classes with certified Zumba instructors to help you burn calories while you are dancing fun.

Muaythai

This is one of the famous combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Muaythai exercise is known with “The Art of Eight Limbs” because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full contact fighter very efficient.

Now, you can book a regular Muaythai class or private session with one of our instructor.

Yoga

Originated from ancient India, this physical body and mind exercise became famous nowdays. Various Yoga exercise such as Hatha, Vinyasa until Bikram are having a lot of followers all over the world. LACA provide Yoga exercise with experienced instructor to guide to aim balance mind, body and soul.

Piloxing

Viveca Jensen created the PILOXING brand and programs by combining her extensive fitness experience and passion to create a unique exercise program that instructors around the world can embrace together. A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you.

We put Piloxing in our menu to indulge your needs on cardio,core and movement of exercise.

Hip Hop

Inspired by one of the famous street dance style and culture in America back in 1970s, We have HIP HOP dance class for you to learn hip hop dance with our Hip Hop moves. These hip hop dance moves are some of the most popular moves out there and could be used to dance at parties, clubs and any other event. Super fun!

TRX

TRX (Total body resistance exercise) is a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundred of exercises. In LACA We provide 60 minutes session for your maximum cardio, muscle training and shape your body with our TRX class
